Lookout Metals

Lookout Metals is ready to provide assistance to contractors with fabricated ductwork and HVAC materials.

With our 5,000 square foot, state of the art facility, we are capable of doing virtually any sheet metal project. We specialize in manufacturing Sheet Metal Duct, insulated and un-insulated, and fittings for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. The Sheet Metal Fabricators provide forming, bending, punch pressing, computer controlled laser cutting, welding and assembly.

Our Sheet Metal Facility Makes a Difference

At Lookout Metals, we fabricate all of our own ductwork, which allows us to fabricate any size and shape ductwork. This means our projects are done within budget and on time—regardless of custom ductwork needs.

Our sheet metal fabricators provide forming, bending, punch pressing, computer controlled laser cutting, welding and assembly. Skilled workers fabricate metals including; galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, and black iron. Thickness ranges from 14 gauge to 28 gauge. The sheet metal shop contains a coil line capable of running standard and non standard gauges of metal.

The Plasma Table is capable of burning 10 ft x 5 ft sheets and programmable from the shop floor. Other equipment includes power shears, punch presses, power rollers, tubing benders, hand rollers, foot shears, manual punches, flaring machines and a press brake.
